Week 21?! (Can you eat too many oranges?)

Hola! :)  Espero que hayan tenido una semana increíble! :)  Hope your week was incredible! I hope you all enjoyed Thanksgiving ...eating all that turkey and stuffing! I know I did! (Shout out to Maddy for hosting an incredible Thanksgiving! ) Never thought I was gonna have the opportunity to have a friendsgiving in Spain, but it was so sweet! We had an awesome week and I learned a ton! We had intercambios in Valencia and learned I can improve a lot!!  Just little things from how to organize our carpeta de area (area book) to how I can be a better talker in the streets. I've been applying the new stuff and it's working out! ALSO FUN FACT: Contacting during the world cup is insanely hard! But the streets are rocking when the teams are playing and it's so fun. Just the heightened atmosphere is so cool! And now that Thanksgiving has passed its officially legal to celebrate the Christmas season!!  So contacting in the streets is now more effective and I'm hyped about it. ...

Hola queridos hermanos y hermanas, familia y amigos! Cómo están?  This  week  was incredible so let's dive right in! We had Zone Conference this  week ! The messages were actually so good and I'm definitely a better missionary now because of the advice and the practice! But we traveled to Valencia the day after and uhhh I'll explain the trip later in this email.  Our church building was treated with toxic stuff so we had to be out in the streets a lot this  week  jaja! Still super good though! We got our friend David on date and we're pumped about that! The date as of right now is December  1 1th, but depending on how he progresses it could be earlier! We also had Stake Conference so we got to travel up to Valencia as a ward and it was a partyyy. Super good messages and it was just so awesome! Anyway, pretty good  week !  THE TRIP: I've thought long and hard about what to name this trip, but after all that thinking I have decid...

Week 19! (You have beautiful eyes ... like Sid the sloth from ice age)

Holaaaa! Cómo están? Espero que hayan tenido una buena semana! My week was pretty incredible as always! Our teaching pool has been able to grow a little bit and we've been doing more hours in the streets to contact! A huge miracle this week was having 9 friends come to church with us! It was actually so cool and after the meeting ended Elder Poppitti and I had to split up into different groups to make sure all our friends were able to meet people in the ward. Teaching story of the week. In our area book there's these things called "puntos rojos" or red dots, which are "do not contact's" for one reason or another. But as we were making phone calls I found that some of the red dots didn't have a reason to be "do not contact's". I decided to find out why, I made a few calls and set a few teaching appointments. One of these appointments was with a Lady named Olga, she's Colombian and very um...complimentary. I got to lead this lesson an...

Buenas mi gente! Qué más? cómo va todo? It's been another awesome week here in Gandia and we're still working hard and trying to get better everyday! We've had good fun lessons and also "lessons" where we just get screamed at saying we aren't saved and need to be careful with our souls haha. Honestly kinda fun and interesting but unfortunately I doubt he'll take me up on my offer to come to church and read the Book of Mormon. Still gave him a hug though and he accepted it so I'll take that as a win. It hasn't felt like transfers even happened which is awesome cause our momentum is still rolling along and we didn't skip a beat! I've only added one other flavor of my baked oats but it was sabrosoooo (tasty) so I'll add a pic in this email!  Also, in case you haven't noticed, a couple of cool things about serving a mission in Spain is that we don't have to wear ties all the time, we can wear blue button-up shirts, and our hours are...
